First born is a big responsibility. There will only ever be one true first. We took our sweet time to pull together the right 11 barrels, to hand marry them, to dress it up for it’s big night, and to send it out to make us proud. 



This first release was all that, and more. It was 1,500ish bottles of 10, 11, and 13 year bourbon that dazzled. OIly and long finishing, this non-chill filtered, straight pot-stilled, wheated bourbon stays on the tongue for an incredible amount of time. With tasting notes like ‘Deep, rich dried fruit and spice. Loads of dates, fresh cracked pepper, caramel corn and dried oak’ - it challenges the conventional definition of a wheater.
